The area around the last planet from the solar system is a dangerous place nowadays. Pirates roam the space and security forces are rarely seen, because of that this station named Freeport Zero is usually frequented by pirates, guerrilla forces, smugglers and sometimes by law abiding pilots, skilled enough to not get killed till they dock, who come to take advantage of the good deals one can find here.
